For compliance reasons, an LO is not permitted to originate a loan where the LO or LO’s spouse is on the loan or on title. Therefore, Loan Factory can originate these for you and offer you a special deal of $1,595 flat origination fee.

Note: This special employee deal is available to employee and their spouse only. Other relatives are not eligible. Our system automatically detects the borrower's SSN and the employee's SSN. If matched, the loan will be treated as an employee loan and the compensation will be set to Borrower-paid compensation at $1,595.

2 - Mention the special offer

When our Loan Officer contacts you, mention that you're a Loan Officer at Loan Factory.

* In this program, Loan Officers cannot originate their loans for purchase or refinance.

Instead, The Company (Thuan Nguyen) acts as the loan originator, ensuring compliance and transparency throughout the loan process.

* Employee loan offers are currently limited to the following products: Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)

* NOTE: A Loan Officer must be 100% onboarded before the loan closes, to receive the employee discount.

For Loan Officers who are still in “Invited to Join” status or are not yet 100% onboarded, we will charge the greater of 1% or $2,500 in compensation.

Once the Loan Officer is 100% onboarded, we will apply the employee discount to lower the compensation, provided the loan has not yet closed.
